SPIRO GEARS, manufacturers of spur & helical gears from fine pitch gears ( diameter 20 mm & module 0.7 mm) to large size gears ( diameter 360 mm & module 7.0 mm) in different Hobbled, Shaved & Ground Teeth conditions. We can make gears in series production in DIN class quality 6. We are well equipped with turning machines for machining of gear blanks, different sizes of Hobbing machines, Gear Shaving machines, Broaching machines, Bore & OD grinding machines, and Profile grinding machines ( Reishauer & Burri machine), and other supporting machines to finish the gears. We have adequate testing facilities ( CNC Gear Tester - Kapp Niles ) for the inspection of gears. We make gears as per the customer's drawings & specifications.
